Meeting Planner for distributed teams.
Add participants, pick a date, and get meeting slots ranked by fairness, green when everyone is in their usual hours, amber and red for the edges. Each plan has a shareable link, and any slot exports to Google Calendar in one click.
Build your roster
Name each person and pick their IANA timezone. Defaults include London, New York, and Mumbai, but you can add up to eight participants.
Read ranked slots
See the top ten UTC times with local equivalents, fairness badges, and color cues for who is in business hours versus off-hours.
Share or schedule
Copy the share link so PMs and engineers land on the same ranked list, or open any slot in Google Calendar to book immediately.

How fairness ranking works
Every candidate slot gets a fairness score based on where it lands in each participant's local day. A slot is green when it falls inside everyone's business hours. It turns amber when at least one person is at the edge, an early start or a late finish. It turns red when someone is outside roughly 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM local, in other words being asked to join before breakfast or after dinner.
A worked example: for London, New York, and Mumbai, a 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM London slot is 8:00 AM New York (an early but workable start) and 6:30 PM Mumbai (a late but workable finish), so it ranks amber rather than green.
Adding more zones, especially a roster that spans the Americas and Asia, often makes a perfect green slot impossible. When that happens the planner surfaces the fairest compromise and tells you who is stretched, rather than pretending an ideal time exists.

Add teammates with IANA timezones, pick a meeting date and duration, and we rank every 15-minute slot by how many people land in their usual business hours. Green slots mean everyone is in a comfortable window. Amber and red flag the edges and off-hours for someone.
